What do I need to bring/wear?
You will need to wear comfortable clothes suitable for exercise, we also recommend a sports bra and good trainers. The physio instructors will provide any additional equipment for exercise including mats and resistance bands.
Bring a water bottle

MummyFit – Don’t forget to bring a snack, sunscreen and appropriate clothes for your baby. If the weather is cooler don’t forget that your baby can get cold while we stay warm exercising, so make sure your baby is adequately covered in cold weather and sheltered from the sun on hot days.

You will need a pram that has good brakes and you are comfortable pushing. Bring an extra towel or rug and some toys if you choose to lay your baby on the ground during the mat exercises (babies can be out of the pram for the majority of the indoor classes).

Fit 4 2 - bring a water bottle and wear clothes that you wont get too hot exercising in.

How do I register for a class?
Classes at Ascot Vale Leisure Centre:
You must book in in advance for these classes, call 93728091 to register. Prior to attending your first class you need to complete a registration form which will give the physiotherapist a brief history of any injuries you have and what you wish to achieve from the classes. This will allow her to design a program that suits your needs.

However if you have any medical conditions or complications of your pregnancy you must get your doctors consent before attending a class. If this is the case you can download the registration form from the registration page or call In Stride on 93728091 to have a form sent out to you. You can then bring the form along to your first class.

Classes at the In Stride Pilates Studio:
