We run three types of Fit 4 2 classes.
1. Land class: Includes a low impact cardiovascular workout along with strengthening exercises which target the body areas required to promote a comfortable pregnancy and help with the task of being a new mum. Also includes core strength exercises, leg and arm strength, pelvic floor exercises, general stretches and some pilates based exercises.
2. Aqua class: an aqua aerobics class designed specifically for the pregnant body.
3. Pilates studio class: a class run at our pilates studio, used the reformer, trapeze and other pilates equipment. Specifically targets your core muscles, maintains spine flexiblity and tone. (Prior to attending a pilates studio class you must have a 1:1 session with one of the physiotherapists first to learn how to use the equipment)
You can switch between these sessions above depending on availability.

Set of 10 classes:
'Flexible 10' (to be used within 4 months) $200
'Locked In' 10 (locked in each week) $160
Rebates can be claimed on private health cover.
